My name is Meghann, I am based in Salt Lake City, Utah. I just recently moved here from Boise, Idaho and I'm so excited to start shooting in this beautiful state. I also make trips back to Boise all the time and am still taking on clients in my home town. I have been traveling since before I could speak. In fact, my first trip was to Hawaii when I was 6 months old! That's all because I am lucky enough to have a mom that works for Delta Airlines! I love getting to explore new places and have been pretty much all my life. So don't hesitate to reach out if you want photos outside of Utah, I would love to travel for you!
Every love story is different and your photos should be too! I strive to make your photos represent your unique love. When you look back at them years from now I only want you think of that special moment in time.
My main goal in this business is to give my clients photos that they can cherish years from now. I want you to have images that you can look back on and be instantly taken back to that moment in your life.
I have been in business for a little over 3 years now, but I've had a camera in my hands since I was 15. I started out working for a local news station after high school. I worked there first as a production assistant, working cameras and prompter and things like that. After a few years, I trained and worked my way up to become a morning show producer. I produced "Good Morning Idaho" for 4 years before I realized it wasn't the dream career I thought it would be. I was constantly exhausted and desperately missed having a camera in my hands and getting to be creative. So in May 2019 I took a leap of faith and left my TV family after 6 years. While I miss them all the time I am so much more fulfilled and happy with my new job!
Fall is my absolute favorite time of year, I LIVE for pumpkin spice anything, a crispness to the air, changing leaves and cozy sweaters. If you know me at all you know I thrive in autumn.
I'm also a huge Disney nerd, all of my pets have been named after popular characters since I can remember. My overly supportive boyfriend and I are parents to a wild cat named Flynn like Flynn Rider from Tangled and a lazy mastiff named Minnie. Minnie is 130 pounds but acts like a mouse, she is my baby/drool monster and has been since I was 17. Flynn is just about 2 years old and we keep wondering when he'll calm down, it'll happen someday right?
When I'm not watching The Office I'm listening to Ariana Grande or working on my little business! I'm definetly a creature of habit (you know Taurus things haha).
